Job Description

You will be responsible for completing closing duties, which include storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing the daily cleaning checklist. Additionally, you will set up, stock, and maintain work areas, and inspect the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use. It is essential to maintain cleanliness throughout the day by following clean-as-you-go procedures. Your role will require you to adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures. In case of accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions, you must report to your manager. You are expected to complete safety training and certifications. Ensuring that your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets are also part of your responsibilities. You should welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, communicate clearly and professionally, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with team members, supporting common goals, and addressing concerns of other employees are integral to your role. Furthermore, you must meet quality expectations and standards, read and verify information, and be physically capable of standing, sitting, walking, lifting objects, and performing various tasks throughout your shift. In terms of qualifications, the preferred requirements for this position include a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. No related work experience or supervisory experience is necessary, and no specific license or certification is required.
