Job Description
As an Associate Divisional Manager of Digital Products at TVS Motor Company, your role will involve leading the HR technology roadmap in alignment with global business and HR goals. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end HRMS implementation across multiple countries, ensuring global exposure and regional compliance knowledge. Additionally, you will own core HR systems, manage configurations, upgrades, and optimization for scalability. Collaboration with stakeholders such as HRSS, COEs, IT, Finance, Legal, and group entities will be essential to align priorities and deliver transformation outcomes successfully. As a Product Owner in Agile teams, you will manage backlogs, write user stories, and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements. Redesigning and digitizing processes across the entire employee lifecycle, including both white- and blue-collar workforce, will fall under your ownership. You will play a key role in driving consistent and seamless employee experiences across group companies, evolving into the owner of overall experience design. Partnering with HRIS/IT on system design, configuration, and testing, you will validate business requirements with functional insight. Utilizing analytics and feedback will be crucial to improving system usability, streamlining workflows, and enabling better decision-making. To qualify for this role, you should have 12-16 years of experience in product management in the HR Transformation domain, with a strong track record of working in highly collaborative cross-functional teams. Leadership experience, budget management skills, and the ability to create and present business use cases are essential. Hands-on experience with HRMS systems like Darwinbox and Successfactors is preferred. Demonstrated success in leading multi-country and large-scale HR transformation or system implementations is required. You should possess strong Agile delivery experience, knowledge of global HR practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills are key to success in this role. Certifications in Agile, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors are preferred. Experience with AI-enabled HR tools, RPA, and HR chatbots will be advantageous. Demonstrated success in change management and adoption in digital HR transformations will set you apart. In terms of competencies, you should excel in HRMS expertise, global HR process knowledge, Agile product ownership, and stakeholder management. Behavioural competencies such as execution excellence, collaboration, adaptability, ownership, and strategic thinking will be crucial for your success in this role.,
