We believe equitable education for all children can be achieved by building excellence in vision and actions. The programme will bring together Bhumis various interventions in 30 schools in 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling this 10x in 3-4 years. Roles & Responsibilities Strategise and integrate ongoing interventions for a consolidated scalable approach Design and lead the monitoring and evaluation of the program Build partnerships within and outside Bhumi to strengthen the model Be the nodal point of contact to communicate outcomes and impact periodically Preferred Education Qualification / Experience: Experience in managing people / projects At least 3-5 years experience in Education, particularly schools Any Graduate, post-graduate, or fellowship Experience in school transformation would be an advantage Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good people management skills Good people engagement, networking, and listening skills Ability to drive outcome-oriented plans through the teams collective effort Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil. Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills. Emotional maturity to empathize with the perspectives/needs of team members Highly resourceful team player, who is also self-driven.
