Job Description 1.Business Development 2.Execution and Team Management The roles and responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Build relationship and demonstrate business development via networking, attending industry seminars, and using other resources. Generate valuation business using existing/new relationship with banks/HFCs/ india corporates / NBFCs/ PE/ VC Funds. Use existing data / research to identify the clients who will be looking for valuation or advisory services Preparing marketing collateral, including presentations, proposal bids, etc. Accountable for achieving and/or exceeding personal and team goals 2. Execution and Team Management Supervise, evaluate, and approve the team members" work on various assignments. If circumstances and deadlines call for it, the candidate may also be required to complete assignments on their own. Review reports, assist the team on arriving the market value, financial analysis and market analysis. Ability to understand the local DCR Ensure timely delivery of quality report to the client, engagement with the clients , including calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, and follow-up Ensure team members are motivated and get the best out of them. Develop second-level leadership under you at all points of time Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in Real estate valuation and Business development Educational Qualifications: MBA Finance/ CA/ M.Plan/ B.Arch/ MRICS Experience in real estate valuation in IPCs shall be preferred Existing relationships with Banks/HFCs/ NBFCs/ PE/ VCs/ Developers will be a big advantage for the candidate.,
