You have over 7 years of experience and are looking for an exciting opportunity in Bengaluru at Practo, one of Uplers" clients. As a candidate, you must possess expertise in B2B partnerships. Practo is seeking an individual who can develop a strategy for B2B partnerships to scale Practo's Doctor Supply Network effectively. Your primary objective will be to drive consultation volume, ensure profitability for Practo, deliver user delight, and enhance Practo's brand visibility and attribution through strategic B2B partnerships. The success of this role will depend on creating mutual value for Practo, partners, and end users. Key Objectives: 1. Develop a B2B partnership strategy to maximize the utilization of Practo's doctor network. 2. Maintain margins as demand scales and ensure profitability. 3. Achieve high Net Promoter Score (NPS) through seamless user experiences. 4. Ensure Practo's brand is recognized and prominent in the user journey. To achieve these objectives, you will need to: - Identify industries for partnerships based on user base relevance, scale potential, and strategic fit. - Design a partnership process that ensures a win-win-win outcome for Practo, partners, and users. - Focus on Practo's profitability, partner value, user delight, and Practo brand attribution. - Use a data-driven approach, scalable framework, actionable process, and mutual value focus in your strategy.
