Role: Associate Director Enterprise Accounts What Youll Own: Strategic Account Management: Take full ownership of enterprise brand relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for CMOs, marketing heads, and senior stakeholders. Revenue Growth: Drive upsells, cross-sells, and renewals across your book of business. Own quarterly revenue targets and work closely with the sales and campaign teams to exceed them. Client Success: Ensure seamless campaign delivery by partnering with internal operations, creative, and influencer teams. Be accountable for client satisfaction and retention. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of account managers to deliver world-class service and scalable solutions. What Were Looking For: 610 years of experience in client-facing roles preferably in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or advertising. Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering revenue growth. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills youre comfortable working with C-level executives. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines without breaking a sweat. Leadership experience youve managed teams or large cross-functional projects.
