Job Description
The job involves handling utilities of injectables including regulatory and statutory compliance knowledge in facility management. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end execution of greenfield/brownfield injectable facility projects, covering design, budgeting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification. It is crucial to ensure uninterrupted and compliant operation of critical utilities such as WFI, Pure Steam, RODI, HVAC, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, and chilled water systems. You must guarantee that all systems and documentation meet cGMP, GEP, and regulatory standards like USFDA, EU-GMP, WHO-GMP, and prepare for and support audits and inspections. Collaboration with QA, Production, Validation, and EHS teams is essential to align project deliverables with operational and compliance needs. Managing third-party vendors, consultants, and contractors is part of the job to ensure timely and quality project execution. Driving initiatives for energy optimization, water conservation, and sustainable engineering practices is also a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be mentoring and leading a team of project engineers and utility specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.,
