Job Description
As a Chargeback and Dispute Manager, you will be responsible for managing the risks associated with chargebacks/customer disputes. Your primary focus will be to develop robust and standardized processes to effectively manage and reduce chargeback/disputes across our businesses. You will continuously optimize and upgrade the chargeback/dispute service system based on the rules and requirements of card schemes. Additionally, you will lead a team of talented individuals overseeing day-to-day operations and handling escalations when necessary. Monthly reviews with relevant business heads and senior stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also play a vital role in increasing awareness around chargeback and dispute handling mechanisms among internal and external stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have 8-12 years of relevant experience in managing chargeback and dispute processes. Additionally, you must possess at least 5 years of experience in leading and motivating teams. Your ability to manage multiple complex projects and programs will be crucial for success in this position.
