Company Overview What will you be working on Leading the initiation, structuring, and negotiation of high-impact partnerships with prospective merchants. Providing ongoing support to onboarded merchants, managing their relationship lifecycle by collaborating with Customer Support, Risk & Operations, and Technology teams. Taking ownership of sales targets, both overall and within specific accounts, and developing strategic plans to achieve them. Collaborating with Product & Marketing teams to communicate merchant product requirements and feedback. Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 3-5 years focused on Cross-Border Sales and expertise in enterprise prospecting. Demonstrated success in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, and engaging with all levels of client organizations, including executive and C-suite stakeholders. Extensive sales experience in targeted territories and verticals related to cross-border business. Exceptional skills in negotiation and communication. Strong strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Willingness to travel across the region to onboard new merchants. ,
