Job Description

As a Marketing Creative Lead in our Governance_Function practice, you will be responsible for developing and executing a long-term content and creative strategy to drive meaningful conversations for demand generation. Your role will involve determining a creative vision for our brands and products, overseeing the creation of creative assets, and managing a team of content writers and visualization professionals. You will be expected to set clear objectives, devise scalable content processes, and ensure a cohesive client journey across all touchpoints. Your primary focus will be on amplifying the strategic priorities of the business through a buyer-centric content production approach and a digital-first strategy. By creating high-quality content and designs, you will enhance the brand image, positioning it as a reliable and thought leader, and building trust and authority. Additionally, you will establish strong partnerships with industry-leading content publications to further strengthen our brand presence. To be successful in this role, you should have 7-10 years of experience in managing content development and marketing, with a minimum of 6 years specifically focused on content development. You should also bring at least 2-3 years of experience in managing a team of copywriters and designers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with competencies in content writing, PR & communications, partnership development, content marketing, creative thinking, thought leadership, and digital communication. A proactive and results-driven mindset, combined with a master's degree, preferably an MBA in Marketing, Media, or Mass Communication, will be advantageous. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of German or any other foreign language is a plus.
