Job Description

Experience: 10-15 years of deep experience in AI/ML Engineering/ Data Science in a Client Management/ Consulting organizations. Experience of working at intersection of Data Science, AI/ML Engineering & Data Engineering is highly preferred for this role. Key Requirements Extensive expertise in data science and AI/ML, with a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions utilizing a combination of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and Generative AI. Actively engage with clients to comprehensively understand their business challenges and AI solution requirements, while ensuring timely project delivery within defined scopes. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Design, UI developers, and ML engineers to define solution/product requirements and successfully deliver the final solution. Lead and work with a team of AI engineers, data scientists, devops engineers and developers, providing essential guidance and support throughout project lifecycles. Demonstrate strong communication skills and proficiency in proposal creation, facilitating effective presentation of results to senior client stakeholders. Preferred prior experience in Generative AI, with the ability to construct solutions through model fine-tuning, utilizing techniques such as RAG, LLMs, etc., on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Proficiency in using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) for AI/ML engineering is highly preferred,
