Job Description
The Associate Director - Contact Center Transformation role in Mumbai/Pune requires a candidate with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Contact Centre Transformation, and CX Transformation for international and mixed domestic & international processes. The responsibilities include managing multiple accounts across various domains like CRM, Tech, aviation, Retail, travel, etc., with a focus on voice and non-voice processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Lean principles, Process re-engineering, and the deployment of AI solutions. Experience in implementing solutions such as Voice Bot, Chat Bots, Conversational bots, and familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework is essential. Previous experience in the contact center or BPO industry, along with Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification, is required. PMP certification and OCM (Organizational Change Management) certification are preferred. The role may require 5-day workweeks, WFO, and extended hours support as needed.
