We're Hiring a Junior Counselor - Full Time! Hybrid | Delhi NCR | 6 Days a Week | Competitive Salary | 02 Years Experience Have you studied overseas or been through the admissions process yourself Are you quick, thoughtful, and someone who writes well, researches fast, and works with patience The College Tribe is looking for an Associate Counselor to join our close-knit, fast-growing team. Were a boutique admissions firm that helps students craft authentic, high-impact applications to top universities around the world. What you'll do: Guide students through every step of the college admissions process from building their profile to final university selection. Brainstorm and edit college essays and personal statements with students. Conduct detailed profile reviews and suggest improvements aligned with students goals. Track deadlines, application requirements, and ensure timely submission of materials. Prepare students for college interviews and help craft activity lists, resumes, and portfolios. Communicate regularly with parents and students to provide updates and clarity. Research universities, programs, and changing admissions trends. Support in conducting webinars, school outreach sessions, and student workshops. Youre a great fit if you: Have studied abroad or navigated the process yourself Have 02 years of full-time work experience Are good with writing (not a writer just someone who can communicate clearly) Are patient, proactive, and quick with research and follow-ups Are excited to learn, contribute across teams, and grow with the company This is a hybrid role based in Delhi NCR.
