We provide solutions across three verticals: BFSI Solutions Workforce Solutions Business Solutions About the Role As the onboarding associate, you will drive onboarding of AuthBridge Customers & identify areas of improvement to improve onboarding processes/features. Liaison with Sales, Solutioning & Product teams to ensure all client related requirements are configured on platform. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver with project management skills, have a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS model and other 3rd party applications to automate manual processes and improve the productivity of onboarding team. Key Responsibilities Understand the requirements received from the solutioning/client and find out the ways to optimally configure the flows on product platform. Document & Configure client workflow requirements for various APIs, Journeys, Services. Highlight gaps in requirements provided by solutioning, sales, or clients Highlight need for improvements in Product/Processes. Communication to applicable internal stakeholders for requirements clarification and project updates Manage multiple onboarding requests and provide timelines as per items in backlog. Must have work Experience 2+ years of work experience in client onboardings/Configurations on a SaaS based platform Qualification & Functional Skills Graduate and above.
