Job Description
As an Associate in the CEO Office at TripJack, you will play a crucial role in project execution and coordination. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans outlined by the CEO's Office and Board. You will support the CEO's Office in managing special projects, drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, and address any cross-functional process bottlenecks. In terms of reporting and communication, you will assist in monitoring key performance metrics, work on monthly performance reporting to Investors, and collaborate on enhancing board communication materials. Furthermore, you will be involved in the annual business planning process, contributing insights and analysis to help in KRA setting and alignment between department heads. To excel in this role, you are required to have a CA or MBA Finance qualification, along with 0-2 years of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
