Team and stakeholder management will be a crucial aspect of your role, involving the management of a large team, including recruitment, training, coaching, evaluation, and redirection of central unit team members for optimal performance. Building collaborative relationships with internal customers such as sales, credit, collections, and finance teams will be essential for facilitating effective communication and workflow. Furthermore, you will be required to identify and lead projects related to microfinance operations, manage system change requirements, raise business requirements documents (BRD), oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate closely with the IT department for successful rollouts. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a minimum of a graduate degree, with an MBA preferred. Preferred skills include 4 to 6 years of asset operations experience, experience in managing large teams, and senior stakeholder management skills. Previous operations experience in the microfinance sector will be advantageous.
