Job Profile Under general direction, manages the Airline Solutions (AS) Radixx go ,Sabre sonic Check-in , Digital Workspace , Interact & Kiosk Delivery activities across multiple airlines and coordinating with various internal Sabre teams and customers. Interface with airline customers IT and/or Business departments to prepare, validate, and support product changes and activations related to new functionalities and features. Interface with Sabre internal development, Care and delivery teams that will be responsible for the delivery of new solutions, features, code modifications or table configuration updates. Able to interface with Sabre product Team to understand plans for future releases, and including assuring documentation related to future functionalities is complete and accurate Effectively communicate, both verbally and written with various levels of employees and executives. Assist with troubleshooting and work internally with different teams to keep traction over investigation and resolution progress of issues reported either coming from the Helpdesk or from a customer testing effort. Meet with the Project Management team to discuss progress made and obstacles found for possible escalation. Responsible for identifying dependencies, pre-requisites, interfaces; and to understand customer needs and customizations during a project initiation phase Conducts Health Checks (state of the business analysis) for all products mentioned above with customers upon request Join calls with airlines to review issues reported and resolution progress as needed.,
