The role requires proactive and systematic monitoring, analysis, and follow-up of agreed rates with banks and merchants, as well as the actualization of revenue and costs on each transaction. You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of cost/revenue management systems and technology to ensure accuracy and efficiency in pricing and cost management processes. Additionally, you will interface with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to set joint goals and track operations performance, providing an actionable feedback loop. Your responsibilities will also include performing detailed analysis, interpreting information, and making recommendations to Senior Management on critical gaps and the implementation of appropriate controls. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other similar quantitative fields from a premier institute. You should be comfortable handling big data sets via SQL and/or SAS, possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on client/customer satisfaction, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to understand and execute complex analysis. Being detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to function in a high-volume setting with tight deadlines is crucial. As a high-energy individual with a go-getter instinct and positive attitude, you should also be a great teammate who promotes knowledge-sharing.
