Job Description

As a Brand Marketing Associate at our mid-sized company located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of on-ground events and brand partnerships. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual with a creative drive to bring brand experiences to life and excel in the realms of experiential marketing and strategic collaborations. Your responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing and executing brand-led events such as pop-ups, workshops, and community meet-ups. - Coordinating with vendors, venues, artists/talent, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution. - Managing event logistics including checklists, timelines, budgets, and approvals. - Handling invoices, basic budget tracking, and documentation. In addition, you will be expected to identify and onboard relevant brand partners, mom/creator communities, or local businesses for collaborative campaigns. It will be crucial to maintain partner relationships, ensure timely communication, deliverables, and alignment on co-branded efforts.
