Responsibilities As The Associate, Admin Partnerships and Operations, you will: Co-create The Circles administrative and operational strategy by collaborating with the organizations several programs and teams Build long-term and multi-dimensional institutional partnerships with The Circles service partners and vendors. Coordinate administrative operations by liaising and managing timely communication with internal and external stakeholders to prepare key collaterals and documents. Manage and coordinate travel bookings for staff members in accordance with our travel policy and budgets. Collaborate with The Circles finance team on documentation and compliance. Build and sustain relationships with vendors servicing the three verticals and ensure timely deliverables. Manage office operations, admin and logistics to support a growing team and accompanying programs. Summary The Associate, Admin Partnerships and Operations will nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring timely communications. Youll be an integral part of the operations vertical and drive progress behind the scenes by keeping things running smoothly. This role is apt for someone with a keen eye for detail, who can lead and support multiple operational pieces.,
