Job Description

WTT Agra Branch 
Profile : Assistant to TPM ( Technical Project Manager )

Expectations from Candidates:-
- Looking at fresh engineering post graduates( MTech/ BTech+MBA ) , current year or
the previous year pass outs (Year of Passing – 2020-2022), with a clean and
meritorious academic record
- Excellent communication skills and CS/IT Aptitude
- Preferably IT and Comp Science stream graduates, preference to Post graduates
- Starting date around June 2022
- Office/Work location will be in Agra

Hiring and Evaluation process:-
- Profile shortlisting
- Selected candidates will go through a technical round of interview
- Selected candidates will go through an HR Round/Soft skill round of evaluation
- Finalized candidates will be provided with offers

Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Coordinating the entire TPM activity & InternalAudit activities.
- Preparation of Pillarwise Presentation.
- Planning & execution of TPM review Meetings & MRM.
- Work as a Coordinator Between the team Member & the TPM
- Preparation of Case Study and Presentation.
- Handling TPM & Quality documents as per client requirements.
