As a candidate for the position, your primary responsibility will include preparing minutes of meetings and attending various meetings. Additionally, you will be tasked with making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, booking tickets, drafting letters, handling domestic ticketing and hotel bookings, managing calendars, and assisting with secretarial activities. You will also be responsible for fixing appointments and coordinating event management activities. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a graduate degree and have a substantial work experience of 8 to 10 years in a similar capacity.
