Recommercex is looking for proactive and results-driven International Sales leaders to join our stainless steel division. You should have a strong network in global steel markets, a proven track record in B2B sales, and expertise in international trade and export operations. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing export sales strategies to expand international markets, driving revenue growth through pricing, negotiations, and contract management, monitoring global market trends, recommending expansion strategies, overseeing export documentation, trade compliance, and supply chain coordination, building and maintaining strong client relationships with buyers and distributors, leading and mentoring the Export Sales team to achieve performance goals, and representing the company at international trade fairs and networking events. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Export Sales of Stainless Steel, Coil Bars, and Round Rods, a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, an in-depth understanding of steel grades, specifications, applications, and global market trends, expertise in export documentation, customs laws, and trade regulations, and a strong knowledge of incoterms, pricing strategies, and freight negotiations.
