Job Summary:

We are seeking a polished, service-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our luxury jewelry boutique. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining elevated store standards, and assisting the Store Manager in driving performance. The ideal candidate is stylish, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury retail, with a natural ability to support, coach, and motivate a team.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Experience Support:

  • Uphold the boutiques luxury brand image through refined customer service and attention to detail in store presentation.

  • Act as a brand steward by educating team members on product storytelling, craftsmanship, and heritage.

2. Sales Floor Leadership:

  • Lead by example on the sales floor by delivering warm, personalized service and inspiring the team to do the same.

  • Support the Store Manager in executing daily sales goals and monitoring team performance.

  • Step in to lead sales efforts during peak periods or Store Manager absence.

3. Operational Excellence:

  • Assist with opening/closing procedures, store cleanliness, and maintaining visual standards.

  • Ensure operational tasks are completed in alignment with luxury retail expectations, including gift wrapping, client follow-ups, and in-store hospitality.

4. Team Collaboration & Coaching:

  • Act as a support system for the sales team by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing in-the-moment coaching.

  • Support onboarding and training of new team members, reinforcing brand values and service standards.

5. Client Experience & Relationship Building:

  • Assist in nurturing client relationships through CRM efforts, personalized outreach, and tailored recommendations.

  • Partner with the Store Manager to plan clienteling events or initiatives that elevate the in-store experience.

6. Inventory & Visual Coordination:

  • Support inventory handling, transfers, stock accuracy, and organization of the back of house.

  • Partner with visual team to implement and maintain brand-aligned displays and showcase rotations.
