KNITS DEPARTMENT: ASSISTANT SOURCING MANAGER: MERCHANDISING REQUIREMENTS: About 10 years of experience in sourcing & merchandising with a minimum of 3-4 years experience in knits / outerwear sourcing JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Supplier identification & evaluation based on specific needs, production capabilities, quality standards, cost & ethical standards Building & maintaining strong relationship with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships Product and vendor development Ensuring all sourcing activities comply with regulations, company norms and ethical standards Working closely with suppliers monitoring TNA, addressing any potential delays & bottle necks, solving issues to ensure timely deliveries Working closely with design and technical team to ensure the design & quality requirements are met Monitoring & generation of accurate WIP reports and MIS reports Monitoring PO creation, ASN & GRN processes to ensure timely & accurate work Resolving vendors issues for efficient production & timely deliveries Depending on the location of suppliers, travel would be required SKILLS SETS: Strong negotiation & communication skills Analytical skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, proficiency in excel & knowledge of apparel production Language skills proficiency in English, Hindi Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
