Profile - Inside Sales Team Leader Location - Hyderabad (Begumpet) Qualification - HSC Salary - (Upto 50k Inhand) Experience - 3 Year's Relevant As a B2C Sales Team Leading Experience Must have sales Team Lead experience Must Know Telugu Language Must having excellent Communication Prefer Industry - Insurance / Ed-tech. BPO Responsibilities - Quality control of the calls. Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the team. Continuously give inputs to the team members of their progress reports, leave records, areas where theyare lacking, etc. Conduct daily briefings for the team members before the shift begins. Responsible for re-training of Advisors. Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts. Competition tracking (for processes performance, schemes). Interview and shortlist (initial screening) candidates to be hired for the team. Performance Reviews of the team.
