Job Overview: You will be responsible for organizing, planning, and implementing sales strategies for real estate projects. You will play a key role in managing relationships with real estate brokers, coordinating site visits, and ensuring successful deal closures. Additionally, you will handle daily operations, manage CRM tools, and stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in the Indian real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Organize, plan, and implement sales strategies for real estate projects. Discuss and follow up on sales opportunities with prospective buyers. Coordinate site visits with potential buyers and facilitate deal closures. Operations and CRM Management: Handle daily operations including the use and management of internal company CRM tools. Take ownership of real estate knowledge, keeping up-to-date with rules and regulations in the Indian real estate market. Broker Engagement: Meet with real estate brokers and onboard them to the PropertyPistol Syndicate Platform and Network. Explain the wide range of services available to real estate brokers through PropertyPistol. Maintain cordial and professional relationships with onboarded real estate broker partners. Needs Assessment and Solution Provision: Identify the needs and pain points of onboarded real estate brokers in technology and sales. Provide relevant services and solutions to address these needs and improve their overall experience. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing real estate sales and daily operations. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, especially within the Indian context. Familiarity with CRM tools and their applications in real estate management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with brokers and other stakeholders. Proactive in staying updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.,
