Role Description This is a full-time role for an Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate Fresher at PropertyPistol, located on-site in Bengaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting the sales team in managing client relationships, providing property consultations to potential buyers, and maintaining sales records. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various stakeholders in the real estate industry, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will work closely with senior sales managers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Experience : Min 1-4 years into sales Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends Ability to work independently and in a team environment Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Familiarity with Prop-Tech solutions and e-commerce platforms is a plus Candidates with a passion for real estate and a customer-focused approach are preferred,
