Qualification BE- Mechanical / Instrumental / Production / Chemical / Electrical & MBA in Marketing Company Products Vacuum Pumps & Pumping Systems Piston Pumps Rotary Vane Pumps Mechanical Booster Pump Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Dry Vacuum Pumps Vacuum Pumping Systems with Lubricant Cleaning & Conditioning System (LCCS) Job Responsibilities: Business & Territory Development Lead entire sales operation of Gujarat/MP Region. Achieve product/segment-wise sales targets and develop new key accounts in the defined territory. Prepare monthly sales projection in view of annual sales targets. Team Management Achieve targets efficiently through a team of 5-6 sales engineers. Mentor and retain talent in the team. Business Promotion & Branding Plan and execute necessary business promotion/branding activities. Handle various exhibitions and subsequent customer contact programs. Technical Knowledge Upgradation Understand application knowledge and upgrade the same on a continuous basis. Provide techno-commercial support to all customers. Customer Relationship Management Manage premium relationships with platinum customers. Develop customer retention programs for existing customers. Required Candidate Profile Relevant selling experience, preferably in the process-chemical & pharma industry, is a must. Candidate should possess good engineering knowledge and sound technical understanding. Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
