Job Description
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Support the senior sales executive in managing key accounts and understanding client expectations. Identify opportunities to grow and expand existing relationships through up-selling or cross-selling. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by promptly addressing queries, concerns, and feedback. Ensure consistent delivery of the companys value proposition through exceptional client service. Assist in preparing client-specific proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements MBA degree or equivalent qualification. Strong verbal and written communication skills inEnglish, Hindi, and regional languages. Ability to quickly learn products/services and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
