Job Description
Role & Responsibilities'
- Preparing financial reports and estimates for clients regarding potential costs and returns of proposed projects
- Meeting with clients to review proposals and discuss budgets and timelines
- Monitoring project budgets and schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicating with clients regularly during the life of a project to ensure that they are pleased with the progress being made
- Ensuring that all legal requirements are met during the closing process, including obtaining any necessary signatures or certifications from appropriate parties
- Negotiating price adjustments with clients when necessary based on changing market conditions
- Preparing closing documents such as purchase contracts, escrow agreements, title policies, and closing statements
Desired candidate profile:
1 - 2 years of B2C sales experience in any industry
Graduation mandatory
Excellent communication skills
