Experience: 1-3 years in Real Estate Sourcing / Channel Sales
Qualification: Bachelors Degree (Masters Preferred)
CTC: Up to 5 LPA

About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our syndicate team as Assistant Sales Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a leading name in the real estate industry while working on high-impact projects and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and build relationships with channel partners and brokers to drive project sales.
Prepare financial reports and ROI projections for clients regarding proposed real estate investments.
Meet with clients to present project proposals and finalize budgets and timelines.
Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain consistent communication with clients and partners to manage expectations and provide updates.
Ensure legal compliance during the closure of sales, including coordination of documents and signatures.
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients as per market trends and requirements.
Draft and process sale closure documents such as contracts, title policies, and agreements.

What Were Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in real estate sourcing or channel sales
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles and project financing
Comfortable with fieldwork and client interactions
