Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.

Identify and develop relationships with potential clients seeking real estate opportunities. Scheduling and hosting property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers.   Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.   Keeping up-to-date on market trends, property values, real estate laws, and financing options.   Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and building long-term relationships.   Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and preparing regular reports for management.   Representing clients in negotiations, ensuring they get the best possible terms and prices for their transactions.
