Job Description

Staff Supervision: Assisting in hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively and provide excellent customer service. Operations Support: Supporting the Restaurant Manager in coordinating and organizing daily restaurant activities, such as scheduling shifts, managing reservations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Customer Service: Assisting in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Financial Management: Helping with financial tasks such as monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and assisting in budgeting to ensure profitability. Inventory and Supplies: Assisting in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize operational efficiency. Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborating with the chef and Restaurant Manager in planning and executing menu changes, promotions, and ensuring consistency in food quality. Team Leadership: Motivating and leading the restaurant team to achieve operational goals, maintain morale, and uphold company policies and standards. Training and Development: Assisting in training new employees and conducting ongoing training sessions to improve staff performance and maintain high service standards. Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative duties such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
