If you are passionate about hospitality, have strong leadership skills, and thrive in a system-driven environment, this role is for you! As the Assistant Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth day-to-day operations, team management, and financial efficiency to drive the resorts success. Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience: Ensure top-notch service, elevate guest satisfaction, and handle feedback professionally. Staff Leadership: Train, motivate, and maintain grooming and performance standards across all departments. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily property operations with a structured, SOP-driven approach. F&B & Revenue Growth: Work with the restaurant team to drive food & beverage sales. Property Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and timely facility upkeep. Vendor & Cost Control: Manage procurement, optimize expenses, and enhance profitability. Reporting & Strategy: Provide regular performance updates and implement operational improvements. Who You Are: 1-3 years of experience in resort/hotel operations (preferably boutique/luxury properties). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, solution-driven approach with the ability to manage teams effectively. Ability to multitask & work efficiently under pressure. Solid financial understanding of budgeting & cost management.
