Job Description
The key responsibilities for this role include strict adherence to store/office design criteria and approved designs. You will be responsible for resolving and coordinating the execution of all tenant-related project issues until store opening. Ensuring proper store handover to tenants within the required timelines with accurate documentation is a crucial aspect of this position. You will also be coordinating and executing fit-out work along with the MEP project/maintenance team by following up on PPZ fit-out processes for all brands. Achieving efficiency in site team output and faster turnaround times are essential goals. Utilizing technology to enhance processes and workflows is also encouraged.,
