Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of projectsfrom initiation to execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Track and report on project progress, milestones, and performance metrics. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders. Maintain documentation, including project charters, status reports, meeting notes, and post-project evaluations. Lead regular project meetings and provide timely updates to senior leadership. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in project management. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello). Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with budgeting, data analysis, and reporting tools. Working knowledge of tools like Slack, Notion, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
