Job Summary Responsible for planning, executing, and concluding projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements. Product Development Support Gather and document product requirements. Maintain product roadmaps and backlogs. Support prioritization of features and enhancements. Execution & Monitoring Monitor project progress and adjust as needed. Track performance and analyze goal achievement. Report and escalate issues. Stakeholder Management Communicate with team members, clients, and senior management. Prepare and present status reports and updates. Documentation & Compliance Maintain project documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Product Launch & Support Coordinate product launches. Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback. Analyze post-launch metrics for improvements. Continuous Improvement Recommend process improvements. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Vendor Management Assist in vendor selection and pricing. Handle vendor invoicing. Ensure high product availability by managing multiple vendors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field. 2+ years in project management, preferably in fintech. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall. Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Trello. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines. CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
