Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate instruction in Music (vocal/instrumental, theory, composition, musicology, etc.). Supervise student projects, recitals, and dissertations. Engage in innovative and interdisciplinary research with regular publications. Organize and participate in performances, workshops, and seminars. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and program enhancement. Contribute to departmental administration and academic planning. Maintain active involvement in the professional musical community. Qualifications and Skills: Ph.D. in Music (Performance, Musicology, Ethnomusicology, Music Theory, Composition, or related field) from a recognized university mandatory. A strong academic record with evidence of scholarly research. Experience in teaching and mentoring students at the university level. Demonstrated excellence in musical performance and/or research. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with relevant software/tools used in music education and production is desirable.
