About the Role: As an Assistant Product Manager focused on End-User Experience, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Product Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for overseeing various aspects of customer research, design, marketing collaborations, analytics, and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Customer Research: Conduct and analyze market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Design Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to ensure that product designs align with customer expectations and brand guidelines. Marketing Partnerships: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer engagement and acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on customer experience.
