Job Description
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store , ensuring smooth and efficient distribution, and achieving sales targets. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with sales & purchase departments. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations, supply scheduling, and sales return procedures. Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise store staff, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling. Error Handling : Develop and implement strategies to decrease operational errors. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales, inventory, and returns.
