Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to provide support for the operational functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in operations management, showcasing strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in operational planning, directing and coordinating company operations, identifying and implementing process improvements to boost operational efficiency, supervising and supporting operational staff to ensure effective performance, maintaining high operational standards through quality control measures, assisting in budget preparation and management to ensure cost-effectiveness, overseeing inventory control and supply chain operations, generating operational performance reports, upholding excellent customer service standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and supporting special projects aimed at process improvement or new initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should have 2 to 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Additionally, you must possess strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite, analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines, knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, and be detail-oriented, results-driven, proactive, adaptable, and committed to excellence.
