Job Description
You will be responsible for managing ticketing-related data and analyses at NMACC based in Mumbai. Your role will involve utilizing skills in Data Analysis, Ticketing System Software, and Microsoft Power BI to ensure customer satisfaction and improve ticketing processes. You will gather and consolidate data from various sources and departments, analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights, and provide recommendations to support organizational goals. It will be your responsibility to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports and dashboards. In terms of reporting, you will prepare, modify, and maintain timely MIS reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. You will utilize advanced Excel features to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness, develop customized reports based on business requirements, and create visually compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will provide support and maintenance to existing MIS systems, identify process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, and maintain documentation for reference and compliance. You will also assist in maintaining data within the ticketing system and support the ticketing systems team in managing and updating show details. Collaboration and communication are key aspects of this role. You will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, deliver reporting solutions, and provide regular updates on MIS initiatives. Collaboration with the ticketing systems team to facilitate show creation and data management is also essential. In terms of qualifications, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create and maintain dashboards and reports are required. Prior experience in Power BI and understanding of SQL and database management are considered advantageous. Business acumen, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a reporting or data analysis role would be beneficial.,
