Assistant Manager - Testing

1. Coordinate with the Breeders for planning and successful execution of trials in each of the mandate crops in the targeted environment
2. Organise to build a strong testing farmer base in the targeted environment for each of the mandate crops
3. Should have thorough knowledge on the experimental designs and should execute the trials strictly as per the recommended designs
4. Get precise data of the traits as per the requirements, consolidate the data and transfer it to the breeding teams
5. Establish a strong team, drive in the principles of testing, follow the best agronomic and plant protection practices and ensure good trial expressions
6. Drive the culture of digital data recording and build a culture of precision phenotyping
7. Coordinate with all the stake holders ( Breeders, Sales Team & production teams) and organise crop tours and provide consolidated crop tour reports
