As a Citrix Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Citrix environments, both OnPrem and DaaS. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient delivery of Citrix infrastructure solutions that offer a seamless end-user experience while maintaining a highly available and secure system. Managing the technical landscape, addressing performance bottlenecks, and proactively optimizing system resources to ensure stability and alignment with business goals will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will work on developing and implementing robust Citrix infrastructure strategies for both OnPrem and cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability of VDI solutions that align with organizational requirements. Monitoring and improving Citrix performance, focusing on reducing latency, addressing IOPS issues, and ensuring optimal resource allocation will be essential to enhance user experience. Overseeing the migration of users from OnPrem to DaaS, managing hybrid VDI environments, and ensuring smooth interoperation between OnPrem and cloud infrastructure will be part of your duties. Providing tier 2 & 3 support for critical issues, solving complex Citrix-related problems, and performing root cause analysis of recurring issues to implement permanent solutions will be crucial for maintaining system stability. Ensuring Citrix environments meet all regulatory requirements, applying patches, security updates, and managing RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to restrict access to sensitive information will be vital for maintaining security and compliance standards. You will also lead projects related to Citrix infrastructure upgrades, Citrix Cloud migrations, and NetScaler tech refreshes, coordinating with teams to ensure timely project delivery and address any blockers. To be successful in this role, you should have 8+ years of experience in managing Citrix environments, including design, deployment, and troubleshooting. Experience in managing large-scale VDI environments with hundreds or thousands of users across multiple geographies, proven track record in managing Citrix Cloud migrations, and hybrid Citrix deployments will be beneficial. Additionally, experience working with public/private cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and integrating them with Citrix DaaS solutions will be an advantage.,
