Job Summary: The Assistant Manager / Senior Analyst Supply Chain will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations. This position involves advanced data analysis, strategic planning, and process improvement to ensure efficient and cost- effective supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain analytics and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities within the supply chain. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance supply chain performance. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual agreements. Forecasting & Planning: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and plan procurement activities. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, to support supply chain initiatives and projects. Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful completion. Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related role. Skills: o Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. o Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google sheets, Dashboard development) o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices. o Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).,
