As an Assistant Manager of Strategy & Transformation, you will be based in Bangalore with a total experience of 3 to 9 years in a similar role. A Full-Time MBA qualification is compulsory for this position. You will report directly to the Manager of Business Transformation and will serve as an individual contributor. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, and experience in industries such as FMCD, Consumer Durable, Electrical, FMCG, FMEG, Luggage, Building Material, or Automobile is preferred. Your key responsibilities will include creating program visibility for the Managing Director by providing timely updates on initiative progress and risks. You will manage initiative-specific tracking for timelines, milestones, and deliverables, working closely with the Manager of Business Transformation to execute critical modules. Identifying risks and delays, you will collaborate with stakeholders to unblock and streamline processes. Analyzing and consolidating data to offer actionable insights, accurate reporting, and creating dashboards and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators and progress across workstreams are crucial tasks. You will also facilitate alignment sessions with initiative owners and stakeholders, document key decisions, and ensure consistency of data and actions across reports and dashboards for business stakeholders and senior management. Additionally, you will create internal stakeholder visibility for the program and prepare external communication materials as necessary. To excel in this role, you must possess good communication skills, clarity of thought in terms of strategy, and demonstrate stability in your career with minimal job changes. Strong exposure to Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management is essential, while IT or digital experience will not be considered. Candidates with strong data analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel are preferred. Only local candidates and those with a 30 to 45-day notice period will be considered for this position.,
