The position involves assisting with soliciting and handling sales opportunities, ensuring proper turnover for efficient service delivery, and leading day-to-day sales activities to build long-term customer relationships and meet sales goals. You will collaborate with off-property sales channels, strengthen customer relationships, participate in sales calls and events, and develop connections within the community. Additionally, you will manage relationships with key stakeholders and provide accurate turnover to Event Management. You will participate in sales calls to acquire new business, support operational aspects of booked business, identify new opportunities for revenue growth, understand market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue, and close opportunities based on market conditions and location needs. Understanding the primary target customer's expectations and business concerns will allow you to offer better business solutions. In terms of customer service, you will support the company's service strategy, drive customer loyalty by delivering excellent service, interact with guests to obtain feedback, and uphold the company's customer service standards. Your role will involve growing the share of the account, setting a positive example for guest relations, and providing exceptional customer service consistent with the company's standards.
