Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for preparing and managing RFQs, customer proposals, and product costing. Additionally, you will analyze RM/FE trends and implement cost optimization strategies. Handling customer claims and coordinating for resolutions will also be a key part of your role. Supporting budget planning and long-term sales forecasting, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams for business growth, are essential responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. A B.Tech qualification is mandatory for this role. You should possess strong expertise in Product Costing, RFQ Management, RM/FE Indexing, Customer Claims, and Proposal Handling. A solid understanding of budgeting and long-term sales planning is necessary. You should be capable of managing customer relationships with a strategic and customer-centric approach. Key Skills required for this role include being strong in RFQ & costing, having knowledge of RM/FE indexing, excellent customer handling & communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and budgeting.
