Role Description This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager / Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager / Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, Channel partner recruitments, Lead Generation, Callings, Site Visits, Sales Closures, building strong channel partner network, generating business through to channel partners, preparing sales reports, liaising with various departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to stay updated with industry trends. Qualifications Skills in sales management, client relationship management, and sales strategy development Should have Strong hold in Channel partner network Should maintain good relationship with Channel partners on generating leads Experience in market research, business development, and achieving sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in preparing sales reports and using CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Two plus years of experience in the real estate industry.
